Woodstock Union

Board day, Tuesdays fortnightly, at the Workhouse.
Clerk to the Board of Guardians, Richard B. B. Hawkins, Woodstock.
The population of the Union in 1881 was 13,320; rateable value 91,841.
The Union comprises the following places:

The Workhouse, Bladon, was erected at an expense of 4,800 and is available for 300 inmates and has a chapel of stone, consecrated October 30th, 1863.

Frederic Taylor, Surgeon.
